Hello, I’m Lou.

I’ve always believed that creativity has the power to bring people together, build confidence and offer new ways of communicating and connecting with the world around us.

Through thoughtfully planned workshops, I create welcoming spaces where adults and young people with learning disabilities can explore materials at their own pace, try new skills and enjoy the simple satisfaction of making something by hand.

Every session is adapted to the interests, strengths and support needs of the people taking part. There is no pressure to get things “right”. The focus is on enjoyment, exploration and celebrating each individual’s creativity.

I work independently, bringing all the materials, preparation and facilitation needed to deliver engaging experiences that are both accessible and meaningful.

Each session is planned in collaboration with staff to ensure activities are appropriate, engaging and inclusive.

Small group workshops can also be arranged privately for families, friendship groups or individuals seeking a creative experience tailored to their interests and support needs.
